| Bookstore-France Contest - Rules and Conditions
General Conditions:
• The “Bookstore-France Contest" (the “Contest”)
is sponsored by Bookstore-France (the “Sponsor”).
• Those who enter the Contest (the “Participants”)
agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions
of the Sponsor relating to the Contest, which are final and binding
in all respects.
• Odds of winning are determined by total number of unique Participants.
No Purchase Necessary:
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Contest. A purchase
will not enhance an individual’s chances of winning.
Eligibility:
• Anyone, worldwide, age 18 or older.
Persons in the following
categories are NOT eligible to participate or win the contest:
• Persons who are employees of Bookstore-France, or their affiliates.
• Persons who are immediate family of any person in the preceding
category (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son
or spouse), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in
the same household, whether related or not to any person in the preceding
categories. • Persons residing in localities, states, or countries
in which this contest is prohibited by law
How to Enter:
• Participants must provide their e-mail address for the purpose
of winner notification.
• No fee
or purchase of any kind is required to enter or win. Participants are
not required to take one of the surveys from the Sponsor or from Terroir-France
in order to enter or win. Participants are not required to sign up for
newsletters from the Sponsor or from Terroir-France in order to enter
or win.
• Entering
the contest more than once will not improve your chances of winning.
How to Win:
• The winner will be randomly selected from a computer database
of people who have completed the Contest registration. Contest ends
no sooner than March 31st 2004.
• Winner
will be awarded a "French cheeses, the Visual Guide" book.
No substitutions or exchanges will be offered.
• Winners
not complying with these rules will be disqualified. Sponsor’s
decisions are final.
Winner’s Notification:
• Contest winner
will be notified via e-mail on or before April 5th 2004. Prize will
be sent via mail. If winner can not be contacted, or refuses prize,
another winner will be randomly selected.
